I was born in Auburn Californida in 1953. My family has been in the area since 1856.  So I am a native Californian.

I started in sales at the age of 16 ( fuller brush ) door to door. Then I opened my first business in 1975 and called it Dave's hauling. Later I started a Janitorial and carpet cleaning business for 17 years.

My family and I have alway been self employed.  I am a broker and owner of Nor Cal Town & Country  and mentor ( trainer ). 

I also am a life and business coach, teaching " Get Clients Now ". I have a counseling certificate through AACC and have taken couching coursed from Western Semnairy.  This is my passion to help others find what passions them and help them make a plan and establish a vision. Whith coaching and accountability it is possible.

I am a certified H.U.D. home broker. We can bid on h.u.d. homes and get an answer in 24 hrs!
